All management services are entrusted to a professional property management company. The organization is done with permanent staff. The owners and their guests are to receive high quality services and a choice of activities to make their stay enjoyable.

All apartment owners must pay an annual maintenance fee of 8 Euro / sq.m without VAT. The maintenance services include:
• Maintenance and regular cleaning of the common parts of the building, the garden and the pool.
• Water and electricity bills for the common areas.
• Maintenance of the elevators.
• Reception and service at the reception (24 hours during the season).
• 24 hour security service and controlled access.
• Corrections and repairs to the building, the common areas, occurring from normal usage.

During the construction of the complex have been used quality materials and were applied innovative technologies. Everything - from the tiles in the bathroom to the windows, doors and air conditioning is carefully selected by the investor and the contractor and verified by an independent inspector licensed by the state. The main idea of the project is a unique architecture that is highlighted by premium quality construction. The construction performance is based on reinforced concrete construction, masonry bricks and insulation according to the energy efficiency standards of the European Union.

The pool is lined with glass mosaic and has independent lighting and is put into operation. There is an area lighting throughout the complex.
The entire complex is nicely landscaped.

Sunny Beach resort is located in the southern part of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, 35 km from the international airport of Burgas. The construction of the Galleon complex was completed and the building was put into operation in May 2013.
